The eligibility criteria of M.A. Psychology of Punjab University is given below. Eligibility criteria : Passed one of the following examinations from a recognised University: Bachelors Degree obtaining 45% marks in Psychology or 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised university or B.A. (Hons) with Psychology. Admission criteria : Merit based

Being a state Technical University, The IKGPTU has not achieve the level for which University deserved. The placement scenario of University is not too satisfactory and only 7 students from Jalandhar campus has been selected in Infosys in January 2020, While 24 from other affiliated colleges. There are state government and private universities that offer MCA course in Punjab. Having said that there are also private colleges that are affiliated to the state government universities. The college that I would suggest and feel is one of the best college is PCTE Group of Institutes. One, it has been awarded 30 national and international awards.
