Panjab University

Opting for Madras will be a far better option for you rather than going for Punjab university.
i would like to give 4star out of 5 to madras college and 3 out of 5 to punjab university

Hi Sukhpal, the value is the same in both the cases, but the teaching quality or the process of study is a really important factor. It is different in Panjab University from all its associations.
So I would recommend Panjab University.

Punjab University is a government university and for pursuing B.Com or any other course, you have to clear the cut-off and the 12th marks cut-off according to them. But, in Chandigarh University, you can start up your career without any cut-off but with minimum 50% marks in 12 and CU provides the best teaching staff, books in library, special lectures, guest talk, and other event to enhance your knowledge in your dream subject.
