You haven't mentioned whether or not you cleared an exam called bridge exam meant for those who have done their MBBS abroad in countries like Russia, China, Indonesia, Philippines etc. That exam is conducted by MCI. Once you clear that you can apply for PU.

Conditions are same but you have to submitted an affidavit with proper reason during your counselling.

It is through rank. Your rank should range in between 30k-40K and you can the cut-offs on JAC CHD 2017 site.
