Actually, the PGDAV College cutoff is announced every year simultaneously with the University of Delhi admissions. Cut-off marks are released in different rounds and varies significantly according to course and category- general, OBC, SC/ST, etc.-and intake. B.Com. To get this cut off, you can either visit the official PGDAV college website or check through the admission portal provided by DU for that particular academic year.
