Yes, you're making a right decision for going for job for 2 years and preparing side by side for MBA. Now, it will be very hectic for to manage both but as time goes on you will get use to it. Coaching Institute like TIMES, Chaitanya and many more have a special batch for working people. Very few good colleges provide part time services like SIES, WE school etc. Or else, sometimes, if you're good at your work place then company itself motivate to go for MBA. Let me know if you need any help.

It is better to opt for full time MBA. But, if you are working or cannot pursue a full time course, then you can opt for part time MBA. For both the courses, you will have to give an entrance exam to get admission in the college.

All other type of MBA programs, which do not require full-time presence of students on B-School campus are part-time MBA programs. If you are a fresher or just 2 years' experience candidate then go for full time course in Mumbai.
