In the job market, regular MBA is always valued more than part time or distance learning. Though the other two also have their usage. Many a times, students are forced to discontinue studies, in such cases part time or distance learning is the only option. You can opt the same through distance colleges, you just need to apply for the same through online or direct mode. You can then share your graduation papers for admission.

For working professionals, PGDM is better choice than MBA. PGDM is also more prioritized than MBA if you have proper experience to present along. Since you are already working PGDM will be better for you.

Since you are already working in HR, doing MBA in HR will boost your career and will open ways for promotions and new opportunities. Generally, it doesn't matter where ever you pursue it from. So, pursue the course from where ever you feel comfortable.
