1 year executive MBA is a good option, as you have a work-ex of 3 years. Generally 2 year full-time program is suitable with 1-2 year work-ex. You can look for 1 year programs offered by IIMs, GLIM, ISB, SP JAIN.

Regular MBA is a better option for you in comparison to MBA by distance learning. If you want to do MBA by distance learning, it will be better to do it after gaining few years of experience so that you are able to relate to theory with practice.
