IIIT Sri City offers a Full Time PhD as well as a Part-time PhD programme to the candidates.Candidates pursuing full time PhD from IIIT Sri City can submit the synopsis only after 24 months from the date of registration, also candidates with Institute Scholarship can leave the Institute for job but only after submission of synopsis.Candidates pursuing part-time PhD from IIIT Sri City can submit the synopsis only after 36 months from the date of registration.The maximum duration of full time PhD is 6 years and for part-time PhD, the maximum duration is 7 years.
