Yes getting part time jobs is easy while studying at The New School :1. On-Campus Employment: Students pursuing a degree or professional certificate programme and completing at least six credits are eligible to apply for on-campus jobs. Yes, getting part time job is very easy while studying at Whiteria New Zealand. One can find part-time employment online, off campus, or on campus. Jobs on campus, such as tutoring or working as a student assistant at the library, are competitive but handy. Off-campus positions like waiter or retail sales associate are available on the independent work market. Remote employment is possible with online part-time positions like virtual assistant or freelance content writer.

I’ve seen most of the fellow Indian students take up a part-time job either in Mac-D or KFC as a crew member. But yes, It’s again very specific to where  the Individual interests lie. From being a cashier to book-keeper I have seen students particularly of Indian origin take up multiple roles. So, yes generally it is either the food industry or retail and entertainment where the Indian students find solace in their part time work.

Hi Preeti, getting a part time job in Minnesota state university isn’t that difficult however there are two types of targeted part  time jobs and both have their differences as per the demand. If you are looking for on-campus jobs then there could be a bit of hustle as everyone else wants the same. I mean who doesn’t want to land a part time job while not leaving the campus. You can easily manage your classes and your part-time so because of competition it might get a bit tricky but if you got something to prove you’ll right away get it be up with your communication skills and market yourself well.
