No, not at all. But, there is another catch. Adding Mathematics is not a prerequisite in calculating the best of 4, however, you must have studied the subject in 12. Best of 4 must include a language i.e. English and three other high scoring subjects. Additional information You mentioned you are opting B.A. Eco Hons, so if you do not add Economics as a subject in your best of 4, you attract a penalty of 2300 from your overall BO4.

I don't know much about the specified college here however having done BCA myself in the past what I will advice you with my personal experience is which ever college may it be you are going to get graduated doing BCA make sure you have learnt the basics well and concentrate during your college hours.
