This program is essentially a short term training program. Most of the students who aspire to have a career out of it do get placed in good organisations or start their own ventures. These days hospitality has a much larger career scope that say about 10 years back.

B.Sc. Hotel Management is very good enough for service sector. Hence there is no need to pursue Diploma level courses like bakery confectionery or patisserie.

I am afraid that the only eligible criteria for any of our courses is that the student should be 12th passed however you can join our hobby chef courses after 10th.
