Hello,
Among the two colleges, I'd say choose Thakur Mumbai (TIMSR) over CIMP Patna due to the location advantage, ranking, and slightly better placements.

Hi Aditi, yes, you can get admission in NIT Patna, you will apply for women quota also apart from home state. Just participate in the counselling process with patience.
