PDEU MTech

The intake for each M.Tech specialisation is 18. 50% seats are earmarked for candidates having valid and qualified GATE scores. Candidates can get a seat in M.Tech based on GATE score or performance in the personal interview round. Candidates who have complete a bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate or CPI/ CGPA of 5.5 in 10 point scale in the qualifying degree in relevant subjects can apply for SoET PDEU M.Tech course. The subject requirement varies specialisation-wise for M.Tech programme. Aspirants applying for M.Tech must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at later stages of admission. 

In case the candidate cancels his or her admission, the fee is refunded as per the below policy of SOT PDEU:If a candidate applies for cancellation of his/ her admission through email/ in-person, the feespaid shall be refunded after deduction of INR 1,000 as administrative charges, only if suchvacated seat gets filled up the latest by the start of the semester.Candidates shall be required to submit the original receipt of the fees paid for refund in theprescribed form.
