You only have the option to re-appear next year if you don't appear for the entrance exam in April, which will be around the same time of the year.

Yes, the minimum criteria to appear for Pearl Academy entrance exam is to have completed 10+2 from a recognised board of education with at least 50 percent marks. So yes, you are eligible to apply for the exam.

Also, you can read newspaper and magazines to gain the knowledge of current affairs, fashion brands and brand ambassadors. Since there is so much of competition in design entrance exams nowadays, it can't be said which is the best coaching for the preparation.
For Pearl Academy, the institute does not accommodate any preparatory centre or coaching and moreover, the exam syllabus is almost the same as that of other design entrance exams, so you may join any coaching. There are many coaching centres offering full-time classroom preparatory courses as well as crash courses of 10, 14 and 28 days. I would suggest opting for a full-time classroom in any of the following coachings you like: AFA- Academy of Fashion and Arts, BRDS- Bhanwar Rathore Design Studio, Pah
