I suggest you complete your XII. While doing the school education, get some good vocal music teacher to train you in classical singing. Thereafter, in college, take vocal music as one of the subjects and continue your training in vocal music elsewhere also. Try to participate in singing competitions as much as possible.

Hi Abhijeet, as you asked what should you do. I would suggest you to go for a couple of advertising agencies as they will make you learn some industry related work and as they say, the more people you know, the more opportunities you get.
Once you get there you will come to know various details regarding latest opportunities and role auditions.
Be patient and do as much positive research work you can do.
All the best.
Hope to see you soon on my television screen.

Why not? India is a land of rich culture. Why do you think that you cannot? Nothing is impossible if you have a good sense of music, definitely, you will be a successful singer. You can work both in India and overseas. First, you decide in which field do you have interest then you go for that.
