For admission in a MArch programme at Periyar Maniammai University, it is crucial that the aspirant fulfills the course-specific eligibility criteria. Thus, only the asiprants who have passed BAarch with at least 50% aggregate (excluding reserved category) are eligible for admission. In addition, student should have passed the qualifying examination from a recognised board. Candidate must also hold the BArch mark sheet during application form filling and at the time of admission for verification purposes.

There are a total of 20 seats available for MArch at Periyar Maniammai Institute of Science and Technology. Out of the total, 20 seats are available in each MArch specialisations. Admission to BArch course is based on NATA/ any other Aptitude test conducted by the competent authority of State or Central Government score. Candidates must pass the Class 12 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects with 50% aggregate and 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Passed Diploma examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject having obtained at least 50% aggregate (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the aggregate.
