Apply as a permanent resident, your visa will let you leave and come back into Australia for up to five years from the date it was granted. After five years, if you want to leave and return to Australia as a permanent resident, you must have a Five Year Resident Return visa. Good luck.

Hi,
You cannot apply for PR unless you get a job. You must also stay there for some years. For the process of PR application check with an immigration agent, make sure he or she is authorized one.

Hi Deepanshu,
If your long term goal is to apply for PR, then plan for countries like Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany etc. They are also good for your field. Remember that there is no guarantee of getting a job, it will boil down to your own academic performance, networks, university reputation, industrial tie-ups of the university and so on. And PR also won't happen immediately. You have to work for few years and gradually you can apply. For now you should focus on getting a good and reputed university for your studies and improve your credentials and skills.

Hello Junaid,
You are advised to read the PR rules and protocols on the Australia immigration website, check the procedures and how you can apply. I hope you are aware of getting a job first and working in Australia before you could apply for a PR. This is the official link below:

Hello Ritesh,
The method you are applying is not correct, perhaps you should first have a clarity over the kind of job you want, remember no course comes with a job or with a PR guarantee, so it is best that you first know your career plans and act accordingly. New Zealand is a great place for your field of study, visit university websites for courses they offer, check out which one is closely related to your interest and proceed.

Hello,
You may surely file PR before you go to Canada under Express entry (newly introduced) or skill shortage category. The process is listed on Canadian High Commission website. You may also follow the alternate route which is faster in case your academic background is good and you are applying for the diploma in the related category having required IELTS scores & GPA in Undergrad degree.
So, it really depends on which route you may want to follow - both are open for deserving students/people.
