 The Bangalore Institute of Management and Science (BIMS) has a solid placement record, although it does not guarantee 100% placement for all courses. But generally speaking, no college can give 100% placement assistance either the job opportunities given by the college is not very attractive and they force the students to sign a form according to which the student is not accepting the opportunity .

After completing Class 10 you can continue schoolings and complete Class 11 and 12. After that you can enroll yourself in bachelor’s level Personnel Management courses. But if you want to pursue a Personnel Management course immediately after Class 10 then you can go for certificate and Diploma courses in Personnel Management. Select the course based on your interests and career scope associated with it. No, there is no minimum or maximum age limit to pursue PhD in Personnel Management course. You can pursue the course at any age. You should ensure that you fulfill other eligibility requirements such as academic qualifications, marks criteria and other criteria if any.
