BE in CS is a better option. BCA only teaches you about computer software and applications, while BE in computer science teaches you both hardware as well as software. Hence, BE in CS has a better value in the market. Placement opportunities will also be better if you pursue BE in CS.

CSE at Vellore anyday. I chose Vellore CSE over PES main campus CSE.

PESIT would be the best choice of the given lot. It has a nice reputation and a better talent heads in the campus. Reaching there is also difficult compared to others.

The two colleges mentioned are equally good when it comes to ECE. Please compare your preferences and priorities and make the right choice.
