Yes, PES university placement rate is better than Jain regarded to be university placement rate since in 2023, total number of candidates in Jain University is 742 with 395 students placed with 53.23%, the highest package is INR 42 LPA and average package is INR 6.92 LPA. However, in PES 409 candidates, 276 students get placed at a rate of 67.48 percent. The highest package is INR 65 LPA, while the average is INR 7.5 LPA.

The PES MBA placements have been satisfactory in recent years with over 50% placement rate. During 2022 placements, out of 381 MBA graduates 271 were placed successfully. Earlier, out of 334 MBA graduates 183 were placed during 2021 placements. From 2020 to 2022, an improving trend was observed in the number of MBA students placed. The University has maintained a good placement record in recent years. The placement rate for BTech was the same in 2021 and 2022, however, it dropped by 4% in 2023. On the other hand, the year-on-year improving trend was recorded in the percentage of MTech students placed. The PES University MBA placement rate improved from 2021 to 2022 and for 2022 and 2023 it was the same.
