As of now the first round is over. But I don't think in your rank you can get admission in PES University. But you can try your luck for the second round. You may manage to get Civil or Bio-Tech.

According to me, no you will be spending a sum of 16 LPA and the highest package for civil is not too high.

No it is difficult to get admission with this rank. Last year they called rank 1- 4500 for the first round of counseling. But still you have hope if you wait till the second round. Also you can try through management quota if you want if the fee is not an issue for you.

Through PESSAT, there are more than 600 seats available distributed among different branches. For CS, there are 216 seats.

No, I don't think that you can get a seat in CS. Last year, the closing rank for CS was 1.1k. You can apply through management quota if you want.

PES is a good option for B.Tech. For B.Tech in PES, it is better to stick to higher branches than to lower branches. I would suggest opting for CSE or ECE only in this college. Other lower branches are not too great to pursue B.Tech.
