Living in Petro Mohyla Black Sea National  university is budget friendly because the accomodation in that university hostel costs around 65-80k anually, the food and travell expenses are pretty reasonable and low cost, no need to worry  about the expenses.Hope this information helped you.

Yes, Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University (PMBSNU) does accept average Indian students, as it takes in students who have passed 10+2 in their required subject with a minimum set of marks without IELTS or TOEFL. The university's MBBS programme is WHO and MCI recognised and is also ranked amongst the top 200 universities in Ukraine by UNESCO. Another reason why admission for the average Indian student is likely is because of the affordable annual tuition at around $3700 USD or 3,25,000 INR which makes living at this university much more probable.
