Management quota admission and fee cost is not advertised openly by any of the colleges/universities across India as being a paid seat, it totally depends on the discretion of the college authorities. Please contact the college authorities for all the details.

Pursue your graduation degree by taking admission for BE/B.Tech, as a lateral entry. Lateral entry allows you to take admission directly into second year, and in this you will complete your degree in 3 years only, which will benefit you for your career perspective.

Hi Jay!
There are a couple of ways in which you can apply for Petroleum Engineering in Presidency University, Bangalore i.e. CET Management (Management seat at a discounted price, provided you have written CET), COMED-K, JEE, and Management Seat. I hope you know the process of admission for JEE, CET, and COMED-K. But if you are coming through Management quota and CET Management quota, you will have to pay Rs. 1,000 towards the application form and Rs. 25,000 to block the seat.

There are many good oil & gas companies operating in India and they offer good roles. A lot of companies directly or through consultancies hire Indian for foreign locations. Also, in oil & gas industry, one can directly apply to outside India and can expect to be hired if have a good profile. So, prospects are not bad.
