You may prefer PCM with CS to have option of doing B.Tech CS or B.Tech IT or B.Tech Petroleum Engineering or B.Sc CS/ IT or BCA or any other Engineering branch after 10+2 stage.

Hello Prasanna,
It depends on two factors. Firstly, how difficult will be the paper this year and secondly, how many students seek admission in MIT. However, MIT is considered as a premier institute and hence, it's expected that 75 percentile should be enough.

Petrochemical Engineering relates to work of-
Downstreams operations
Such as processing the received oil and gas to get end products.

Yes, it is possible as there are many other entrance exams that you can give to get admission into petrochemical engineering. You can also get admission into it through JEE Mains.
