Generally, the cut off AIR for Petroleum Engineering in PDPU is under 50000. It will be difficult to get this branch in PDPU at this rank. You can check the below link for other colleges and branches you can expect -

As you have scored 67% in class 12th, so you are eligible to take admission in any private colleges. You should go for some private universities like Sharda University, Lovely professional university, Amity University etc. as per your convenience.

For 100% placement in B.Tech petroleum engineering, you should go for university of petroleum engineering Dehradun. It is one of the premium institute of the country. Placement is decent. College infrastructure is also very good.

Hello,
The qualifying cut off scores is different from the admission cut off scores. It cannot be predicted as it varies from one college to the other. Hence, you may try your best at the time of admission.

To be eligible to get admission for pursuing Petroleum Engineering course, you should have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination with PCM stream or three years Diploma in Petroleum Engineering course from a recognised board/ institution.
