After applying for CUET PG, candidates must register themselves for PG Diploma admission by visiting the official website of IIMC. The next step is to appear for the exam on the stipulated date. The institute releases a merit list of shortlisted candidates after the declaration of the CUET PG results. Such candidates must visit the institute's official website to fill out a counselling form indicating their desired campuses and courses in the order of their preferences. The seat allocation is based on merit-cum-preference. The institute then releases a list of provisionally selected candidates who are required to appear for the centralised registration process is conducted at IIMC for document verification. Selected candidates must submit the applicable fees to confirm their admission within seven days of provisional admission.

To be eligible for IIMC Jammu PG Diploma admission, aspirants must fulfil the below-given eligibility criteria:Applicants must have completed their Bachelor's degree in any disciplineCandidates currently appearing for or awaiting the results of the final examinations of their Bachelor's degree are eligible to apply for provisional admission. Their admission will be confirmed only if they submit the required documents/certificates proving their eligibility on or before September 30, 2025The maximum age of candidates as of Aug 1 of the year of admission must be 25 years for the General category, 28 years for the OBC category and 30 years for the SC/ST/PWD category.
