The testing process alone will make one eligible or ineligible. All the postgraduate programmes require one to be a graduate. Three-year degrees will be considered. A minimum of 15 years of schooling is required for admission. If a candidate is in the final year of undergraduate study, they may apply. ITMI does not consider any cut off or merit base for the admission of students.

India Today Media Institute (ITMI) offers 5 courses. The total fees for 22 months post graduate course is 5.15 Lakhs. The highest salary package offered here is 3.12 Lakh.Delhi School of Communication (DSC) offers only 2 courses. The total fees for 2 years post graduate course is 5.45 lakhs. The highest salary package offered here is Rs 12.00 Lakh. So in my opinion, I think ITMI would be a better choice.

The entrance test in ITMI is competitive. But there is no consideration of the marks at degree or other levels either for a "cut-off" or for merit for admission. The total fees which the students pay at the time of admission and even the yearly fees or semester fees, overall none of the fee is refundable. Hence, students do not get their ROI after completing PG Diploma from India Today Media Institute - ITMI.
