For admission to PG Diploma programmes at Madras University, aspirants need to fulfil the eligibility criteria. The minimum eligibility requirement is a UG Diploma/Bachelor or equivalent degree from this University or from any other university recognised as equivalent thereto. Further, the selection is done on the basis of aspirants’ scores in the last qualifying examination. The one-year diploma programmes are offered on-campus and through the Institute of Distance Education and Stella Maris College. The admission process is the same. Candidates are selected for the course based on merit in the last qualifying exam (UG Diploma OR equivalent examination). It is also necessary that the candidate fulfils the course-specific eligibility criteria.
