Yes, other state-domiciled students can also apply for the Karnataka PGCET. There are no restrictions on those from other states pursuing a postgraduate degree in Karnataka through the PGCET. Other state students must meet the minimum eligibility requirements, which are graduation with a score of 50%. It is just that Karnataka students have several advantages, such as:
1. Karnataka Category I students can apply with only 45% of their graduation.
2. Around 90 percent of seats in colleges are available for Karnataka state applicants.
3. SC, ST of other state are treated as General category unlike state categories.

Hi there!
Generally, many reputed universities enroll students on the basis of Personal Interviews and GDs. This is coupled with qualifying competitive exams like CAT/MAT/NMAT/CMAT/GMAT/ATMA/XAT or university's own entrance exams. You can check IILM university Gurugram which is known for its flagship programme, MBA. It is one of the best in providing MGT education with attractive placement opportunities. Admissions 2022 are open.

Any top B School might not give you admission as your class 10th and class 12th percentages are very low. You can still try giving CAT ,MAT, ZAT any many such exams and as per the percentile, you can decide the college whichever takes you in.
