PGDBM at SIMSREE is a Two Year Full -Time (4 semesters) programme. Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) course approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The PGDBA is a 2-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics (PGDBA) jointly offered by IIM Calcutta, IIT Kharagpur and ISI Kolkata. A Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) is a 1-year Diploma course, which provides candidates the knowledge of banking and finance and helps them to build up their managerial and technical skills. I think you should go for PGDBF and else depends on your interest.

I am sure you are good to go for the Ph.D. programme with Business Management specialisation if you wish to study after PGDBM and below colleges can be the good options for you-

I think it's not good percentage for MBA. But, if you are talking about Diploma, so it may be possible to get admission in some college. But, it depends on college.

The eligibility for admission in various colleges is different. You need to check, which college is accepting PGDBS for lateral entry into PGDBM.
