Your academics is really good but Great Lakes is one of the top B-Schools in India which has a cut-off of 85-90% and it also considers an overall profile of the candidate. Yes, definitely you will get a call from Welingkar. You have a really good score and academics,just a bit low in graduation. They will call you for the GD-PI and once you are done with that they will inform you via email whether you have been selected or not.

No chance. Last year, CAT Cut-off was 85.2 for PGDM.
