The UBS admission has 5 criteria with equal weightage on all 5 at 20%.
1. Academics.
2. Extra-curricular Activities.
3. Leadership.
4. Communication.
5. Entrance Exam.
So you need to score across all 5 criteria and get a total score above 70. So with 62 percentile, you will score 13 out of 20 in the entrance exam. Likewise, you need to get 57 out of the balance 80 to qualify. So you can apply and do well in the other 4 criteria. All the very best.

Hi Aman Tripathi, you can check with the universities directly if they will accept your 3-years degree, in some cases they do after an assessment. The universities will guide you with what you have to do. Alternatively, you can complete the first year of a Master's degree course in India.

Yes, you can apply with 66 percentile. You will have both GD and PI after that. Perform well in both and then only final selection happens.

Dear Satyam!
Having just Diploma is not enough for getting admission for MBA/PGDM. You have sufficient (very good) years of work experience. So my suggestion is that you just now do Bachelors (if you are in age limit). And prepare very hard for CAT-GMAT and MAT. This will surely maximise your chance. Hope this helps. Upvote the answer if you feel satisfied. Ask any query at anytime.
Good luck.
