To be eligible for PGDM, candidates must have a graduation degree from a recognised university. The college offers entrance-based admission followed by a PI and GD round. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria and appear for any one entrance exam accepted by the college i.e. CAT/XAT/MAT/NMAT and others, followed by PI and GD round for admission.

FORE School of Management applications are usually released in November or December. Currently, the applications are closed for PGDM programme. Aspirants who meeting the eligibility criteria can apply for the preferred course as and when the applications get open. Candidates also need to pay an application fee to register for a PGDM programme. The application fee for a PGDM course is INR 1,770.

The selection criteria for the course is Merit + PI/GD, Qualification Test. Selection is based on a combination of such factors as Academic credentials, Management Admission Test score, Performance in Personal Interview (PI), Demonstrated interest in the healthcare management, Communication skills etc. Candidates are required to bring original documents for verification at the time of PI.Aspirants are shortlisted for admission are invited for PI at Hyderabad. More Centres for holding the selection process might also be considered, based on need.

Candidates who have completed graduation with at least 50% aggregate can apply for PGDM course. Candidates appearing for final year examination can also apply provided they are able to obtain at least 50% aggregate. The candidates must have cleared CAT /XAT /GMAT exam with a valid score to fill the application form of FORE School of Management PGDM programme. FORE School of Management considers CAT score for admission to PGDM course. The last three-year cutoff for MBA was 85 in CAT. In 2022, the minimum percentile for XAT was 70. Candidates need to qualify any of the accepted entrance exams for admission to PGDM course.
