PGDSM is a two-year course equivalent to MBA that prepares professionals with a blend of managerial, technical, analytical and social skills as well as values to address emerging sustainability issues and challenges in the environmental sector. The two-year fully residential programme develops a brigade of green managers who would be able to integrate Economic, Social and Environmental issues. Candidates who have completed a bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST/ PwD) are eligible to apply for PGDSM.

Yes, MDI Gurgaon offers a two-year full-time Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (PGDM-HRM). MDI Gurgaon admission to this course is based on candidates' performance in CAT/ GMAT entrance exams, followed by a Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion and Personal Interview. For PGDM, shortlisting of candidates for WAT-GD-PI is done based on CAT percentiles.

The programme is offered jointly by MDI Gurgaon and ESCP Europe. Moreover, many top companies participate in its placements drives, such as Adidas, Godrej, Pidilite, Amazon, American Express, EY and Deloitte.

International Management Institute Kolkata accepts XAT/ CAT/ CMAT/ GMAT scores for admission to the Post Graduate Diploma in Management programme. IMI Kolkata XAT cutoff 2024 is yet to be released for the PGDM course. During the IMI Kolkata cutoff 2023, the XAT percentile stood at 70 for the General All India category student. So, considering the previous year's cutoff percentile, candidates seeking admission to the IMI Kolkata must secure 70 percentile or above in the case of the General category.

XLRI Jamshedpur offers Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM), PGDM (GM), PGDM-HRM, PGDM-IEV and FPM courses at the postgraduate and doctoral levels. XLRI MBA/ PGDM fees for the General Management courses are INR 23.25 lakh. XLRI fees for PGDM-BM and PGDM-HRM courses are INR 27.4 lakh. For detailed course-wise fee structure, candidates are advised to contact the admission department.

During placement drive 2025, Consulting sector was the top recruiting sector wherein 40% of the PGDM batch received offers from companies such as KPMG, Accenture Strategy and BCG. In the FMCG sector, 33% offers were received from top recruiters such as HUL, P&G and Marico.
