PGDM

PGDM is the flagship course offered by IMI Kolkata equivalent to MBA covers two years. The PGDM course curriculum covers courses such as  Simulation-based Courses, Negotiation Skills, Analytics, Entrepreneurship and New Venture Development, etc. The course is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) with effect from 2016. The programme is also internationally accreditation by AMBA. Meanwhile, during IMI Kolkata PGDM placements 2023, the highest package offered was INR 14 LPA, while the median package stood at INR 10.50 LPA. BFSI sector recruited 46% of the total students and Amazon, EY, and Deloitte were among the top recruiters. Additionally, more than 14 PPOs were made. The highest stipend offered during IMI Kolkata PGDM summer placements for the batch of 2022-24 stood at INR 1,00,000.

Candidates who have a bachelor’s or equivalent degree, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university are eligible for the IMI Kolkata Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)  programme. The bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification of the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education, class 10 and  class 12 school education. Additionally, candidates appearing in the final year of their bachelor’s degree are also eligible, provided they furnish proof of meeting he minimum eligibility criteria by September 30, 2024. Also, candidates must have a relevant work experience. 

There are many colleges affiliated with SVSU that offer various courses under different disciplines like Engineering, Management, Law, Journalism, Education, Library, Arts and Science, Medical, Dental, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Paramedical, Pharmacy, Naturopathy, Yogic Sciences, Hotel Management.Candidates can get admission to the courses offered at SVSU either through entrance examinations like NEET, Subharti National Eligibility Test (SNET), or based on the marks scored in the qualifying examination, written test, and interview.The top recruiters of the SVSU are reputed organizations like Infosys, Cognizant, Genpact, Fortis Malar, JBM, Honda, Ashok Leyland, etc. The average package of the SVSU placed students is around 5LPA while the highest package offered is around 10 LPA.

Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW) is primarily known for its engineering and technology programs. However, as of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, IGDTUW does not offer a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program.IGDTUW offers various undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in fields such as engineering, technology, architecture, and applied sciences. While it may not have a specific PGDM program, it's important to note that the suitability of any institution for a particular programme can vary based on several factors, including the faculty, curriculum, industry connections, and overall reputation.If you are specifically interested in pursuing a PGDM program, I would recommend exploring other reputed business schools or institutions that offer PGDM programs.
