The the highest and average package offered to PGP HRM programme during IIM Indore placements 2023 stood at INR 34.50 LPA and INR 22.65 LPA, respectively. Furthermore, the the highest package offered to PGP EPGP programme during IIM Indore placements was INR 43.90 LPA during IIM Indore placements 2023. Yes, the aspirants of EPGP need to obtain a valid score in Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT) conducted by IIM Kozhikode in the online mode. This is a mandatory exam to qualify for EPGP in order to secure a seat at IIM Kozhikode. The EMAT is conducted to evaluate the basic logical, numerical, and verbal ability of applicants.
