Hello Uzma Nishat Khan, yes definitely. Once you complete your post graduation in any subject in any fashion or means you are eligible to pursue your Ph.D. Of course you will have to follow the guidelines prescribed by UGC for different universities to admit students for different research subjects. These days some universities conduct entrance exam for students who want to pursue their Ph.D. while some interview of the prospective students and some to not to other thing if the student has got requisite qualifications.
