Hello Purushottam,
Each university has its own date for exam for Ph.D. These are typically conducted online these days and results are valid for 2-3 years. But by now almost all universities would have closed their registration for the same. I would have loved to help you if only you had mentioned your proposed university. But it's okay. You can get this information from the webpage of concerned university.

Admissions are made twice a year, in July and December. The minimum qualification for admission to the Ph.D. programme is a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised University with minimum percentage/CPI specified by the Institute. In exceptional cases, candidates with B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Master's degree in other branches of Engineering and Sciences with minimum percentage/CPI specified by the Institute will be considered.
