The institution do provide financial support to the candidates pursuing PhD in any specilisation.  PhD Program students in good standing will receive a stipend of INR 30,000 per month in the first year with a 10% annual increment up to a maximum of five years in addition to tuition fee waiver. Contingency Grant:Rs.75,000 (in Year 1) and Rs.25,000 (annually from Year 2 to Year 5) Hostel accommodation will not be provided. The total tuition fee for SNU Noida PhD course ranges between INR 2.96 Lacs and INR 5.50 Lacs as per an unofficial source. Candidates need to pay the fee after completion of the selection rounds to confirm their seat. The university provides a deadline for fee submission. Aspirants paying the fee under the stipulated time will be offered admission. Apart from the course fee, aspirants need to pay a registration fee in the start to apply for the course. Aspirants need to pay an application fee of INR 1,200.

The application fee for PhD for the General category candidates is INR 1,000. However, for SC and ST students, the application fee is INR 500.
