It is possible to pursue a Ph.D. at MIT-ADT University's School of Education and Research without having to meet the UGC NET requirements. In spite of the fact that many Indian colleges demand the UGC NET for Ph.D. admissions, some, like MIT-ADT University, may have different requirements. These can include passing additional entry examinations given by the institution itself, having a strong academic record, and holding a master's degree in the relevant field with a minimum percentage. To determine your aptitude for research, you might have to go through a selection procedure that consists of an interview and an entrance exam.

Hello candidates!
Both CSIR NET and Ph.D. have their own perks. If one wants to pursue their career in lectureship than either you can get it through your NET rank or if your priority is research, then after Ph.D. you may continue with the lectureship.
