They charge various fees in pH.D at Yeshwantrao Chavan Science College. That is around INR 500 for PET fee, INR 25000 for Program fee, INR 15000 for thesis submission fees and INR 10000 for extension fees which add up to INR 50500 per year.

Parul University takes direct admissions on the basis of your academics.
Eligibility criteria for the Ph.D. in Chemistry program:
Master's degree or equivalent in Chemistry from any recognized university, with 55 percent or equivalent CGPA or 50 percent in the case of Medical Courses. SC/ST candidates are eligible for 45 percent of the marks.
If the students hold a qualifying degree from a foreign university, registration for Ph.D. will be confirmed after the determination of equivalent by Parul University.
Candidates who obtained their degree through a correspondence course are not eligible.

Yes, one can do a Ph.D. after a distance MBA. The institute must be recognised by UGC. Universities cannot differentiate between the degrees. The degree earned must be in tandem with the degree mentioned in the eligibility criteria

No it's not possible. You must appear for entrance test and interview for Ph.D admissions in Jawaharlal Nehru University.

Merit-based admission to the Part-Time Ph.D. programme is granted after passing an entrance exam and a subsequent interview at each university. On average Ph.D. Course Fees range from Rs. 4000 to Rs. 14,00,000 based on the selected college and specialisation.

There are many ways through which you can enrol yourself into a Ph.D. programme. One way is that in which you require the highest competency and knowledge level is by qualifying NET-JRF exams. Through this exam you can enter to any university/college which offers Ph.D. courses, It is for both government and private. The other option is to go for a private college where you will need a Masters in order to do so. You have to appear in the respective exam though.
