You have to clear the entrance test conduct by the IIT in order to get the admission there first look which IIT offers your course then get a form of the same full out the form upload it get he payment done do the test if you pass you will call for a councelling session after that you will be able to join the IIT.

Admissions for the Ph.D. programme are entrance-based. Amity University, Raipur conducts an entrance test. However, candidates who have cleared an All India National Level Competitive Examination like NET of UGC / CSIR / ICAR (ASRB) / GPAT / ICMR / GATE / DST - INSPIRE within the last 2 years from the time of applying for Ph.D. at Amity, shall be exempted from the written test of the Ph.D. The selection process is on the basis of the documents uploaded by them with the application form.
