Delhi University does not offer Ph.D. in engineering. You can go for a private university.

No, there are no known colleges that provide the both programmes as an integrated course, one usually completes the Masters and then chooses a prominent institute to finish their Ph.D. The same college may offer both these programs.

First you should have passed your HSC (+2) in a Science Group to pursue a B.Sc - Three Years Duration Course - Depends upon your interest. Then, you will be eligible for an M.Sc - Two Years Duration Course. Then, directly you can pursue a Ph.D (in your relevant Field) - Four Years Duration Course. Best of Luck.

You can pursue M.Sc, Ph.D, Dual Degree Programme from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB), Powai, and Mumbai. Indian Institutes of Technology conducts a Joint Admission Test for M.Sc (JAM).

You can not go directly for Ph.D. Either you can go after Masters or can go for Masters+ Ph.D.
