Instead of going abroad, I will suggest you to complete your Ph.D here, because after completing your Ph.D for equivalence, you have to apply it for AIU (Association of Indian University). So, finally, your work place will be India.

Pursuing Ph.D. in finance is a bit difficult it requires lot of research and a lot of experience in order to complete successfully. You can pursue Ph.D. in either HR or Marketing as the research process would be quite easier as compared to Finance. If you think you can handle, I would suggest you to pursue Ph.D. in finance.

Scholar-Level 18

Hello Sajani, Yes of course. You have completed your MBA and hence you would be eligible to pursue Ph.D. in Management. However as you have not done M.Tech, you would not be eligible for Ph.D. in technical subject. Procedure is very simple. First you have to decide from which university you wish to do Ph.D. Then you will have to appear for screening test of the university. Then you have to search guide who will accept you as research scholar. Then in consultation with him decide on the topic. Get it registered with university. Start your research. Guide will help you from this stage onwards. Best wishes to you.
