Hello Mr Ravindra,
I am afraid, you are ineligible for this dual degree program. It is open to the students having done graduation in either mathematics or statistics only. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about this course.

Hello Abhishek,
It is indeed great to know your desire to pursue PhD. It's great. Normally speaking, one can pursue Ph.D without attending any college. Hence, I feel it is perfectly possible to do what you are thinking. Firstly, you will have to clear entrance exam for admission. Then search and get accepted by guide. Then select research topic with guidance from your guide. Register yourself with university for this subject and guide. Then, you are on your own.

Hi, abroad is a very general term. You should specify the country, accordingly some scholarships can be found. Same for university names. But if you are trying for Ph.D. you should do this research yourself, you have to correspond with the universities for funding and scholarship options.

Here are the career prospects after bio chemistry:
You should do M.Sc biochemistry. You can do M.Sc chemistry if you have chemistry as a core subject in all 3 years of B.Sc. 12th subjects don't matter much.
