Hi Deepesh,
If you want to pursue Ph.D in management, then first you have to clear the UGC NET exam and qualify JRF NET for this. Then, on clearing it, you can apply in various universities or institute for Ph.D. Forms for the UGC NET exam are out now, and you can get detailed pattern and procedure of the exam from UGC site. Good luck.

You can apply on various sites of foreign universities for the Ph.D programme and apply for it. They provide with detailed procedure and eligibility for admission to Ph.D. programme. If you have any research proposal then start mailing the universities for the same. You will surely succeed. Good luck.
