Hello Navya,
It's indeed great to see your enthusiasm in this off beat subject. Actually, almost all the west European countries are putting restrictions on employment by outsiders in areas where they feel there is enough talent in their country. UK it's the same. But then if you shine in the course, they have the mind to accept you and offer employment.

Hello Adrija, One can join teaching profession in a college after PG in a subject. However Ph.D. is now being increasingly sought. I would advise you to have a look at the concerned webpage of UGC for details of the latest circular on the subject.

Hello Abhay,
Executive MBA is invariably a one year abridged course for professionals already serving. However, for pursuing Ph.D one needs to do a minimum of two years PG course. Hence if you have done normal MBA of two years you would be eligible for pursuing Ph.D.

First of all, both the universities will ask for migration certificate at the time of Ph.D./LLB degree award and that time you can present only one. Secondly, Ph.D. is a research work which requires complete academic devotion and simultaneous pursuance of LL.B. may hamper that concentration. Lastly, being a Ph.D aspirant, if you can not find out UGC rules from their website then consider that you are not capable of research or Law work. So you can't do both LL. M. and Ph.D. part time.
Thank you.
