This will vary strictly in case of a course for the same, according to research material, the cost of the lab fee and so on and so forth due to the administration charges also it might differ. Add these extra charges to go on a conference, in getting some articles published along with some field work might get included. First of all, both the universities will ask for a migration certificate at the time of Ph.D. /LLB degree award and that time you can present only one. Secondly, Ph.D. is a research work which requires complete academic devotion and simultaneous pursuance of LL.B. May hamper that concentration. Lastly, being a Ph.D. aspirant, if you can not find out UGC rules from their website then consider that you are not capable of research or Law work.

Yes, if you have cleared the UGC NET exam, you can generally apply for admission to a Ph.D. programme in India. Clearing the UGC NET qualifies you for eligibility to pursue a Ph.D., as it demonstrates your proficiency in the subject area and research capability. Most universities require candidates to meet additional criteria, which may include a personal interview or an entrance test specific to the university. Additionally, the UGC guidelines allow for direct admission to Ph.D. programs based on NET qualification in many institutions
