Eligibility: Candidates should have a post graduation degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate.

You can give entrance exams like IIT JAM CISR-NET, etc. If you get selected, you can do your Masters. Some institutions also prove integrated Ph.D course.

As you have completed your PG in nursing, you are definitely eligible for PhD. Many universities ask prospective students to clear an eligibility exam. That's all. Just approach the institute and then they will guide you further.
