Academically, you are eligible. However, for PhD admissions, you must also be accepted by a supervisor so you have to visit university websites and find universities offering research activities in your field. Thereafter, you need to contact the department supervisor alongwith your research questions and topics, they will get back to you if they like what you wrote. Follow ups will be necessary.
